1. PRIMER: pick a book that left a lasting impression

A book that left a lasting impression is A Monster Calls by Patrick Ness. I still think about this book. It is a short book, but it packs a big punch. It is such a moving story.

The primer that I use most of the time is the Origins Original Skin Cooling Perfecting Primer with Willowherb. This is such a nice primer. It has a weird texture, but I do think it helps me not get too oily throughout the day.

2. FOUNDATION: pick your favorite first book in a series

My favourite first book in a series is The False Prince by Jennifer A. Nielsen. This book was such a great starting point to the series. It kept me intrigued the entire time and made me love the characters.

The foundation that I have been loving so much lately is the Fenty Pro Filt’r Soft Matte Longwear Foundation. This foundation wears so nice throughout my 8 hour work shift. I love it. Looks beautiful on the skin.

3. CONCEALER: pick a character you wish you could get rid of

A character I wish I could get rid of is Caleb Prior from the Divergent trilogy. I did not see a need for Caleb in the trilogy. He was annoying and selfish.

One of my all time favourite favourite concealers is the Urban Decay Naked Skin Weightless Complete Coverage Concealer.

4. POWDER: pick your favorite last book in a series

My favourite last book in a series is Always and Forever Lara Jean by Jenny Hann. This book wraps the story up perfectly.

The powder that I have been using lots is the NYX #NoFilter Finishing Powder in the shade porcelain. This makes your skin look flawless and sets your make up instantly.

5. EYEBROWS: a book that you think everyone should read

A book that I think everyone should read is American Marriage by Tayari Jones. This book is about a marriage between an African American couple in the late 1970’s. This is such a beautiful book.

The final shelf has colouring books, mass market paperbacks and graphic novels.

I got the number 71 and the book that corresponds with that number is The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo. I read it last summer at the beach. It is categorized at a historical fiction, but reads like contemporary fiction. Evelyn was such a complex character that was beautiful reading her journey. I would highly recommend the novel.
