Hello lovelies! How are you? Today’s blog post is all about my answers to the Plan With Me Book Tag. This tag was originally created by What’s My Page Again and I first saw this on Bookables. Please leave me a comment down below letting me know what your answers are to these questions. Hope you have a good day.
1.) Pay day! – A book you would buy right now. Cost doesn’t matter!
A book that I would buy right now and the cost doesn’t matter would be the Barnes and Noble edition of Little Women. It is just gorgeous.
2.) Pay a bill – A book you would get rid of right now
A book that I would get rid of right now is Behind Closed Doors. I read it last year and I hated it.
3.) Doctor appointment – a book that makes you feel better when you are down
A book that makes me feel better when I am down is I am The Messenger. It brings back my faith in humanity.
4.) Meeting – a book or series you felt obligated to read because of the hype
A book or series that I felt obligated to read because of the hype is the Kiss Quotient. I loved this book. It is worth the hype.
5.) Lunch date – a book or series that you feel in love with because a friend recommended it to you.
A book or series that I fell in love with because a friend recommended it to me is the Boston Girl. This is now one of my favourite books of all time. It was such a well done story.
6.) Work/school week – a book that was hard to get through
A book that was hard to get through was Night by Elie Weisel. This book was hard to get through because it is a Elie’s memoir about his time during the Holocaust. It was heartbreaking and beautifully written.
7.) Gym day – a book that gets your heart pumping because it was such an exciting page turner.
A book that gets my heart pumping because it was such an exciting page turner is the Neighbours by Hannah Mary Mckinnon.
8.) Date night – a book with your favourite romantic couple
A book with one of my favourite romantic couples is To All the Boy’s I’ve Loved Before. I love Lara Jean and Peter together. They are so cute.
9.) Vacation – a book or series you would want to binge on if you had all the time in the world.
A book series that I would like to binge on if I had all the time in the world is the Anne of Green Gables series. I have only read the first two.
10.) To Do List – a book that you keep meaning to get to but don’t have the time for
A book that I have kept meaning to get to, but don’t have the time for is Leviathan Wakes by James S.A. Corey. I am so intimated by this book, but I want to read it.
Hello lovelies! How are you? Today’s blog post is all about the 30 books that I have read that are on my book shelves that I would keep. I got this idea from Hailey in Bookland. She got the idea from the book by Marie Kondo called The Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up. Essentially Marie stated in her book that when it’s time to unhaul your books only keep 30 that bring you joy. I will not only be keeping these books. This is only for fun. It’s pretend. These 30 books I can not live without and bring me so much joy. Please leave me a comment down below letting me know what are some of the books that bring you joy.

This is part of what a family is about, not just love. It’s knowing that your family will be there watching out for you. Nothing else will give you that. Not money. Not fame. Not work.”
― Mitch Albom, Tuesdays with Morrie
“Family,” she announced. “They’re the people in your life you don’t get to pick. The ones that are given to you,as opposed to those you get to choose.”
– Sarah Dessen , Lock and Key
“I do think that families are the most beautiful things in all the world!”
― Louisa May Alcott, Little Women
“It’s a funny thing about mothers and fathers. Even when their own child is the most disgusting little blister you could ever imagine, they still think that he or she is wonderful.”
― Roald Dahl, Matilda
